By plane
You can get to Santander through the International Parayas airport. There are regular direct and daily flights from Major European Cities such as:

There are five kilometres from the airport to the city . There is a comfortable bus service every half an hour (2 euros) from 8 am to 9 pm. There is also a taxi service from the airport which costs about 15 euros, to the city center area.

Long distance trains connect Santander with Madrid, Alicante , Palencia and Valladolid. At the Renfe Station.
Regional trains are operated by FEVE and connect to the entered region and neighbourhood cities such as Bilbao and Oviedo.
The Transcantábrico railway, which runs along the Cantabrian coast, also stop in Santander.
