How to Enrol

How to book your reservation


To register simply complete the registration form and press the “send application”.

You will then receive a confirmation of your Course, an invoice for your fees, details of your course and accommodation, as well as, all the necessary information to complete your booking.

Terms and Conditions


You may cancel your enrollment at any time prior to the commencement of your course by notifying us in writing

  • 30 days before the course begins: No Charge.
  • 10 days before the course begins: 90 Euros Administration fee.
  • If you must cancel once your course has started, course fees are not refundable.
  • Registration fee is not refundable unless we are unable to offer you a placement.
  • If for any reason we have to cancel your course, all fees previously paid will be refunded.
  • A minimum non-refundable deposit payable for your private accommodation may be required by the school when booking.


Travel and medical insurance are not included in our fees. We strongly recommend that you take out insurance required in your own country covering the period of your stay in Spain before you come.

EC citizens are entitled to use the local Social Security services.

Ask for the E-111 form in the nearest Social Security office, with this document and the doctor’s bill, you will be able to reclaim the expenses once you are in your own country.

You can also ask your embassy for advice concerning your stay abroad. When necessary, the School will help you with all medical appointments, whether you are a private patient or covered by Social Security.

Students Visa

If you are from a country whose citizens are required to be in possession of a visa to enter Spain, it is your responsibility to obtain that visa. After receiving your application and the registration fee, we will confirm your course and we will reserve a place for you.

The booking itself will not be confirmed until you tell us that you are in possession of a visa.

  • We will send you a letter confirming that your registration has been received, stating; description of your course and the total fees paid. This letter can be used to support your application for a visa. We will gladly send you any other document needed from us that is required for your application.
  • If your application for a visa is unsuccessful, we will refund all the fees paid. We will need a copy of the letter of refusal from the Spanish Embassy or Consulate to do this.

In order to confirm your reservation you must pay 98 € Registration Fee.

All course fees must be paid in full 30 days before your course begins.

In case of late bookings you should pay as soon as you receive your acceptance and invoice.

Payment can be made by:

  • Bank Transfer – (bank transfer charges must be paid by the sender).
    We provide the school bank details on all invoices.
  • Credit Card – Visa or MasterCard +4% bank charges via our secure registration form.
  • Cash directly at the school’s office.

  • Students with some prior knowledge of the language can start any day of the week. Complete beginner must start on a Monday of any week (by request) with the exception of the Christmas Holidays.
  • The school will not stop lessons at national, local or bank holidays, if those take place during your programme.
  • The school will be opened every day from 8.30 am to 8.00pm. The library and internet room will be closed at 5.00pm. If a student needs these services outside of normal hours, please contact the head of studies.
  • The school will be closed during Christmas Holidays.

Certificates and Diplomas

At the end of your course you will get a certificate that will specify;

  • Type of the Spanish Course you have taken
  • Number of hours of instruction
  • Level achieved on the basis of the European Framework for Languages

At the school, you can sign up for any DELE DIPLOMA exam.


The school will book your accommodation with a host family or in a flat, from the day before your course starts till the day your course will end. If you want to extend your stay, you should contact the school office directly to lengthen your accommodation.
